      Hi there,
      For me it is about knowing how many calories along with the fat, carbs and proteins I need to be eating. And keeping a food diary in my fitness pal. This really tracks how much I am eating and tells me when to pull back and when to add more to my food! I hope this makes sense. Have a wonderful day x
